I am pretty excited about the potential of Further Education and Training certificate: Real Estate (SAQA ID 59097) to improve the knowledge and skills base of Real Estate agents in South Africa. Though there is perhaps a little too much emphasis on the regulatory side of things, there is still a lot of merit overall. Then there is the qualification for principals - but more on that one in future posts.
